Alissa Feller
Alissa Feller (she/her) is a circus artist who specializes in dance trapeze and hand-balancing. Her movement background includes gymnastics, capoeira, and modern and contemporary dance. Alissa is a graduate of New England Center for Circus Arts’ ProTrack program and set out on her first tour with Aerial Angels performing street shows and busking festivals across the US and Canada. She gained further experience on stage with Nimble Arts, Boston Circus Guild, Girls on Trapeze, and Aerial Experience in theatrical collaborations and corporate events. One highlight includes traveling to South Korea and performing at the World Expo on a four-month contract. She also lived in Germany for more than three years and worked with Czerner Dance Company, studying dance, teaching and performing.
Alissa enjoys sharing her love of acrobatic arts in a coaching capacity. Throughout the years, she has uplifted both adults and children to expand their acrobatics skills in summer camps with Circus Smirkus and Circus Minimus, in addition to recreational courses for adults. She has taught at SHOW studio, Czerner Dance Company, Konstanz University, and Esh Circus Arts. Currently, Alissa is a coach at Commonwealth Circus Center, and for Circus Up, a Boston based social circus organization.
